Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Detiko. We are dedicated to delivering your smart devices to you as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during peak holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Estimates & Costs
We aim to provide reliable and efficient shipping for all our customers. Our standard delivery timeframe is:
Standard Shipping Time: 5–10 business days (after processing).

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
4. Shipping Locations
Detiko currently ships to the following regions:
United States: (Including lower 48 states; Hawaii, Alaska, and P.O. Boxes may require additional transit time).

Note: We do not currently ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Detiko is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
For US Orders: Sales tax will be applied at checkout where applicable.
For International Orders: Packages are generally shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). You may be required to pay import duties or VAT upon arrival in your country.
6. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
We work quickly to get your orders out, which means we have a limited window to make changes.
Address Correction: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@detiko.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address once the package has left our warehouse.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.
7. Damages & Lost Packages
Detiko is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
